Jay Suski

As Chief Operations Officer, Jay helps make sure the firm runs smoothly behind the scenes so clients and the legal team feel supported every step of the way. He works closely with the attorneys and staff to improve systems, solve problems, keep communication moving, and make sure important details do not fall through the cracks.

Jay brings 20-years of law enforcement leadership experience to the firm. That background taught him the importance of staying calm under pressure, listening carefully, uncovering the facts, and finding practical solutions during difficult situations.

He also understands the personal side of family law. As a divorced father of three and a stepfather to one, Jay knows how emotional and overwhelming divorce and co-parenting can feel. He brings that perspective to his role every day, helping the firm create a more organized, responsive, and compassionate experience for clients.

When he is not working, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing golf, listening to music, staying active, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
