Co-parenting, COVID, & Control: COVID-19 has added a whole new layer to a co-parenting plan. How do you ensure that your partner isn’t having too many people over? How do I know if they are letting our kids play with other kids, increasing risk exposure? There are many new questions that have to be considered for everyone’s safety.
We’re seeing an increase in parents asking for a “social-distancing” contract. While boundaries certainly need to be set in place, it’s also important to stay child-focused and not go overboard on rules a judge can’t uphold in a court of law.
