About
Jenna Hyler brings both sharp litigation skills and a collaborative spirit to her family law practice. She has represented clients in trials involving dissolution, custody, and restraining order actions, as well as guided clients through mediated and collaborative divorce processes. Jenna also advises as review counsel for mediated agreements and drafts prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Her ability to secure meaningful results, such as preserving significant retirement assets for a client after a decades-long marriage, reflects both her strategic mind and her deep commitment to advocacy.
Jenna earned her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, graduating with honors in the Family Law Concentration. During law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal, the official reporter for Connecticut Probate Court Opinions. She also earned a 40-hour mediation certificate from the Center for Dispute Resolution at Quinnipiac Law and completed training in collaborative divorce, strengthening her ability to guide families toward resolution both inside and outside the courtroom.
Her work has been recognized with multiple awards, including Rising Stars 2024, the American Law Institute’s Scholarship and Leadership Award, and several distinctions for clinical excellence and academic achievement.
Jenna is an active member of both the Connecticut Bar Association and the Hartford County Bar Association. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Community Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology from the University of New Haven, giving her a unique perspective on the human side of family law.
Originally from Florida, Jenna now lives in Connecticut with her husband, their daughter—an accomplished competitive gymnast—and two pets, Bowser and Lulu. Outside of work, she enjoys reading by any body of water, finding balance and calm in the midst of life’s most challenging chapters.
